What is it, right now? Not last Friday's BI snapshot.

Leadership questions tend to span every system the business runs. The dashboard built three months ago answers last quarter's version. Inquerio AI answers the question that just came up — live, sourced, and in the language it was asked.

Today vs with Inquerio AI

From last week's snapshot to this morning's answer.

The KPI has not changed. The lag has. Inquerio AI is the layer that answers the question the moment it's asked.

What it looks like today

  • · CFO asks the active customer count in Monday's exec staff.
  • · Analyst opens the BI dashboard. Last refresh: Friday night.
  • · Asks the data team for a fresh run. Three hours.
  • · Number comes back, but excludes the new logo from Friday.
  • · Asks for a re-run with the right cut. Tomorrow morning.
  • · By the time the answer landed, the meeting is over.
  • Three days. Two analysts. One number that was almost right.

What it looks like with Inquerio AI

  • · CFO types: "Active paying customers this morning, by tier."
  • · Inquerio AI queries billing, CRM, and the product telemetry live.
  • · Returns the count by tier, with the FY-to-date trend and the new logos this week.
  • · Every cell links back to the system it came from. The CFO reads the answer in the call.
  • Fifteen seconds. The number is current at the moment the question was asked.
Systems Inquerio AI reaches for leadership

Every system the business runs on, answered as one.

Inquerio AI reads the systems that leadership already trusts. No data warehouse to maintain, no canonical model to argue about.

Billing and ERP

Stripe, NetSuite, SAP, Exact. MRR, ARR, customer count, gross margin — read the way finance holds them.

CRM

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive. Pipeline coverage, segment counts, account health, and last activity per strategic account.

Product telemetry

Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, and the in-house event log. Active users and feature adoption.

Support and CS

Zendesk, ServiceNow, Gainsight. Open tickets by segment, NPS, and health scores.

Finance close and contracts

Subscription billing, the ledger, and the contract DMS. Bookings, renewals, true-ups.

Operating systems

Whatever else holds the leading indicators for your business: orders, claims, applications, and the cron that runs the night batch.

Leadership questions

What CEOs and CFOs ask before they trust this number.

Does this replace our BI tool?

No. BI stays. Inquerio AI answers the questions that arise during the call. The two complement each other: scheduled reporting and live ad hoc.

How current are the numbers?

Every number Inquerio AI returns is read from the source at the moment the question is asked. There is no replication delay, no overnight sync — the freshness is whatever the source system itself is.

Can board reports be auto-generated?

Yes. The same prompts that answer the live question can be scheduled to run weekly or monthly, with the answer routed to a Slack channel, a shared file, or an email.

What if the number conflicts with BI?

It usually means BI is reading from a model that has drifted from the source. Inquerio AI returns the source value, with the system and timestamp on every claim. The reconciliation is part of the answer.

Who owns governance for executive numbers?

Whichever team owns the definition in the source system. Inquerio AI does not redefine ARR or DSO — it reads the values as the source system stores them. Governance remains with the system of record, as it already does.

Bring the number nobody agrees on.

We'll show Inquerio AI answering it live against the kinds of systems your business already runs on.
