Which systems does Inquerio AI support?
Inquerio AI connects to the systems your organization already uses. Today we support, among others: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Server (with automatic schema detection), any REST API with an OpenAPI/Swagger specification, and document sources such as PDFs, Excel, and Word. We also connect to platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Slack, Microsoft 365, Linear, and ServiceNow. If your system isn't listed, we'll discuss what's possible during the intake.
Where is my data hosted?
With you. Inquerio AI doesn't move, copy, or store your business data. Your data stays in your own systems. The application itself can be hosted in different ways, in the cloud or inside your own environment. What fits best depends on your situation and requirements. We work that out together during the intake.
Is it read-only, or can Inquerio AI also change things?
Read-only. Inquerio AI retrieves information and presents it. It doesn't mutate anything in your CRM, ERP, or other source systems.
Am I locked into one AI vendor?
No. Inquerio AI is built on an open standard for communication between AI and systems. That standard is supported by multiple AI providers. You aren't locked in, not on the AI side and not with us.
What's the difference between a traditional ETL or iPaaS solution?
ETL processes move and transform data into a new system. Inquerio AI doesn't. It queries sources live, without copies, a data model, or pipeline maintenance. You ask a question and get the answer directly from the source.
What does onboarding look like?
We train you and your designated colleagues or admins in one day. After that, you manage users, permissions, and new integrations independently.
What does Inquerio AI cost?
Pricing is per organization and depends on the number of connected source systems, the number of users asking questions, and whether the AI runs in our cloud or on your infrastructure.
